About the project
FEM-ABLE aims to uncover and address the root causes behind the persistently low political power scores of women. By conducting in-depth research and measurement across partner countries, the project seeks to develop innovative solutions to promote women's participation and influence in politics at both national and European levels. FEM-able specifically targets women who hold key positions of political power, with the primary objective of creating effective processes and tools derived from comprehensive research.

FEM-ABLE aims to promote gender equality in political decision-making by developing evidence-based national strategies and cooperating with stakeholders to integrate research findings into national policy. The project contributes to a more equal representation of women and men in political decision-making, leading to more inclusive and equitable societies.
