On the 28th of February took place the online kick-off of the project CLIMAID - Building resilience to climate change through Cultural Heritage and Urban Arts, a funding from the Creative Europe programme in the line of European Cooperation projects. CLIMAID focuses on promoting cultural heritage practices to combat climate change through arts and technologies. The project's activities include the promotion of an urban art campaign (murals, performances and musical and dance contributions) that will be presented in different street festivals in the participating countries. The project aspires to reach more than 2000 young people, potential beneficiaries and cultural actors.
Given the specificity of the crossing of arts and environmental preservation issues, CICANT will collaborate in this project with colleagues from Lusófona University's Environmental Engineering courses.
