Degree in Communication Sciences (communication, art and culture) – Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Master´s Degree in Communication Sciences (culture, art, and new technologies) - UNL.PhD candidate in Communication Sciences – Universidade Lusófona. Arts Management Course (National Institute of Administration).
Photography Course at Ar.Co. Head of the Theatre Department (Ministry of Culture) from 1997 to 2001. Consultant to the internationalization of the arts (Instituto Camões) 2002-2008.
Representative of Portugal in the European Union in the areas of Creative Partnerships and Artists´ Residencies. Teacher at ECATI|ULHT and director of the degree in Performing Arts and Technologies (Lisbon) and of the degree in Dramatic Arts (Porto).
Along with his artistic activity (theatre | performing arts) has been engaged in recent years to the study and research on the relationship between art, culture and technology.
In 2004 was distinguished by the French Government as Chevalier de l´Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
