The ECS Community of Practice (ECS CoP) initiative was envisioned with the aim to empower and promote capacity building among CICANT's early career scholars. It will provide dedicated opportunities to build a stronger academic community, form new partnerships, and deepen their expertise. Through a combination of targeted training sessions, immersive writing workshops, and informal activities, ECS CoP will facilitate meaningful knowledge exchange both among early career and senior researchers. These activities not only foster skill development and collaboration but also create a supportive environment where scholars can engage in discussions, share insights, and explore new ideas, ultimately strengthening their professional networks and academic growth.
