The Application-Based Mentorship Initiative is a program launched by CICANT with the aim of supporting researchers at all stages of their careers — PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and senior academics. Through structured mentorship sessions, CICANT researchers will gain practical insights and strategies to enhance their ability to craft compelling research proposals. By focusing on the specific needs preivously identified in the team, the initiative aims to empower researchers to successfully search and apply to funding opportunities and elevate the quality of their submissions.
