Dulmaa Ochir, alumna of Kino Eyes, PhD student and a professor at Lusófona University, has recently been nominated in the Orizzonti category of the prestigious La Biennale di Venezia film festival.
City of Wind is a Mongolian-French-Portuguese-German-Dutch co-production. It is a film about a 17-year-old shaman who falls in love with a girl who comes to his spirit for help. It is set in contemporary Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
