Within the scope of the projectRead Twice (R2), the consortium is organising a free webinar entitled "Beyond the Headlines: Tools and Skills to Detect Disinfo in the News". The event, which will take place on 12 January 2024, from 9:00 to 14:30 CET, aims to promote the role and use of digital tools to differentiate facts from falsehoods.
With the intervention of various experts in different fields of study, this event will focus on three topics that have a significant impact on our society: artificial intelligence, social networks and disinformation.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
READ TWICE is a project that aims to counter disinformation and limit the spread of fake news by enhancing citizens` skills to critically assess information, identify vicious and harmful media content and distinguish between facts and opinions, thus improving their media literacy competencies. The project will promote capacity-building training and other events aimed at young media practitioners, university students, stakeholders and other multipliers.
