At the recent edition of the international conference "playful by design 2024", held at Lusófona University on the challenges in the age of digital education, Associate Professor Conceição Costa, Principal Investigator of the Horizon Europe project, EPIC-WE, took part as track chair in an outstanding round table.
The event, held on the 8th and 9th of January, brought together experts from various fields, including specialists from Lusófona University, the University of Illinois and Uppsala University. On the first day of the event, Professor Conceição Costa led a round table discussion on the following theme: "Learning with Computers how not to be a robot - The good, the bad, and the ugly of technology and screen time. How Teachers, Students, Psychologists, and the public in general react to technology in schools and different contexts, what are the benefits and what can we expect from our mental health".
