The fourth and final transnational meeting of the Restart EUROPE project, coordinated at CICANT by IR Rita Grácio, will be held in Lisbon on the Lusófona campus.
With the aim of creating a mentoring platform to help women restart their businesses in the creative industries in the aftermath of the pandemic, the project has built on the work of recent years with a number of online courses, accessible free of charge through Lusófona X and the project's official website, as well as a network of mentors available to guide them through this process of entrepreneurial restart.
The final meeting is followed by the multiplier event, to be held on the afternoon of the 23 of may also in Lusófona, in the Cinema room located in the Lisbon Campus.
This high-profile event will be attended by 50+ participants from the following domains: managers of companies in the arts and creative industries and their representatives (executives and administrators, advisors, etc.), female entrepreneurs in the arts and creative industries, non-governmental and non-profit organizations in the arts and creative sector, representatives of politics and public bodies involved in entrepreneurship and support for women.
The main objectives of the event are to present and explain the project, introduce relevant stakeholders and other interested parties to the status quo in the arts and creative industries and the effects of the pandemic on it, present the interface of the online and interactive platform and Toolkit and, the Handbook and online capacity-building program for mentors to raise public awareness of its functions and applicability.
