In the 8th ECREA European Communication Conference (September 6-9, 2021), CICANT's presence was very noticeable.
The conference had presentations from Ana Jorge, Carla Cerqueira, Carla Rodrigues Cardoso, Carla Sousa, Catarina Patrício, Conceição Costa, Joana Bicacro, José Gomes Pinto, Manuel José Damásio, Maria José Brites, Sofia Caldeira, and Sónia Lamy.
CICANT is also very glad to announce that the PhD student Joana Bicacro and the researcher Sofia Caldeira were elected to be vice-chairs of the Philosophy of Communication, and Digital Culture and Communication sections (respectively).
