CICANT PhD student Marco Silva is promoting the comics The International Lusophone Comics Competition Avenida Marginal, which he is a jury in. The competition intends to foster fosters creativity and cultural exchange. All citizens of Portuguese-speaking countries who want to participate in this triennial of comics short stories can send their works to the contest until December 25.
