On February 16th took place the 1st meeting of the European project Erasmus+ LearnArch, with the participation of the institutions involved, namely the North Eastern Architect Association (Romania), Dracon Rules Design Studio (Greece) and Lusófona University.
LearnArch is a project aiming at the development of educational games, with a special orientation towards the promotion of training opportunities in Architecture. At University Lusófona, this project will be conducted through the contribution of the researchers Filipe Luz (Hei-Lab), Carla Sousa (CICANT) and Wilson Almeida (GLOW).
About LearnArch
The project LearnArch aims to develop and create a tool that will help trainers in the field of Architecture enhance their training routines and promote it to institutions tied with partner organizations and their networks. That tool will be developed as both a physical and digital tool. It will be in the form of a board game, its purpose being to ease students' understanding of the rules of architecture and building design.
