From June 01st to June 3rd, 2023, the ASDigital (2020-1-PT01-KA226-SCH-094961) project held its first in-person training on Białystok (Poland) to empower different individuals with the project methodology.
In this training, the participants had the opportunity to learn more about the project through the participation in several workshops on itsintellectual outputs (IOs), including a workshop on the e-course “ASDIGITAL Theoretical Framework” (IO5) and a workshop on accessible games. In this workshop, the game developed under the scope of this project - “Desktop Adventure” (IO3) - was presented. The participants had also the opportunity to do job shadowing in the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) where it was possible to observe innovative interventions and good practices.
The training was done in the installations of the hosting partner Szkola Podstawowa Nr 11 Z Oddzialami Integracyjnymi Im. Kornela Makuszynskiego.
The next step includes one more in-person training for staff and teachers, to be hosted in Türkiye, as a strategy to empower different individuals with the project methodology. The initiative is one of several inclusion-driven projects, currently under development at CICANT.
