Amanda Cei Pirola holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from FAESA - University Center and an MBA in Strategic People Management from FUCAPE Business School. Currently, she is pursuing her Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology at Lusófona University, where she also collaborates as a Research Assistant at CICANT - The Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies.
Amanda has 10 years of professional experience as an organizational psychologist, working in recruitment, selection, training, internal communication, and inclusion projects. She has also worked as an online therapist and promoted professional networking and support events for early-career psychology professionals. As a psychologist with experience in mental health support, as well as human resources, she is interested in work-life balance. Her work and research interests are within social and organizational psychology, gender inclusion from an intersectional perspective, impacts of work on well-being, digital entrepreneurship, and cultural and creative industries.
