Francisco Conrado Filho is a PhD candidate in Communication Sciences at the University of Minho, where he conducts research on the relationship between social media and traditional media in the construction of public discourse. He holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution. He has participated in funded research projects in the area of digital communication, with papers presented at national and international conferences.
His current work focuses on social network analysis, information circulation, disinformation, and media ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on digital and computational methodologies applied to the Social Sciences. He teaches in higher education and collaborates regularly with external organizations in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence, and digital media.
