Fernando Alberto Torres Moreira, who holds a doctorate and an aggregate in Portuguese Culture, is a full professor of Portuguese Culture in the Department of Letters, Arts and Communication at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), and director and vice-director, respectively, of the phd and master's programes in Cultural Sciences.
