Edmundo Cordeiro completed his PhD in Communication Sciences in 2003. He is an Associate Professor and Researcher (Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, CICANT), and teaches at the Departamento de Cinema e Artes dos Média and at the Departamento de Ciências da Comunicação at the same University. He published «Actos de Cinema», by Angelus Novus, Coimbra, 2005, and completed a post-doctoral research at the Université de Montréal (Canada) and at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
