Lkhagvadulam Purev-Ochir is a filmmaker born in Mongolia based in Portugal. She is studying her PhD at Lusófona University on the subject of time and cinema. Her latest short film Snow in September was awarded the best short film at Venice IFF 2022 and Toronto IFF 2022. Her feature film City of Wind debuts at Venice IFF 2023.
