Media Society and Literacies
Karolína Šimková is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. As of 2020, she conducts research into media literacy and media education mainly in the Czech context. She focuses on the perspectives of teachers on digital media and its use in the classroom. She holds a master's degree in Journalism from the same institution. Currently, she is working on several research projects at Charles University focusing on children and youth.
