Co-PI of the YouNDigital project motivates students from all over the country to reflect about digital security
On February 21, Teresa Sofia Castro, Co-PI of the YouNDigital project, participated as a guest speaker at the Digital Leaders Benjamins session. The event, organized by Zoom, brought together 1st and 2nd cycle students from schools all over the country.
During the session, the students had the opportunity to present the activities they have been developing in their schools. Topics such as online well-being, disinformation, online games and copyright were addressed, reflecting the students' commitment to safety and responsibility when using the Internet and digital environments.
Digital Leaders is an initiative promoted by the Directorate-General for Education, in collaboration with the ICT competence centers CCTIC- ESE/IPS in Setúbal and CCTIC-UA at the University of Aveiro. The initiative seeks to contribute to the development of a safer and more aware digital culture among young people.
