The Portuguese edition of the "No Barriers" book is out!
The No Barriers To Employment project has officially launched the Portuguese version of the book “No Barriers: Strategies and Best Practices for the Employment of Individuals with Intellectual Disability,”. “No Barriers: Estratégias e Boas Práticas para a Empregabilidade de Pessoas com Deficiência Intelectual” is the Portuguese counterpart of the previously released book which debuted on May 10th, 2024, to mark the first celebration of the National Day of People with Intellectual Disabilities.
The book comprises short chapters authored by contributors from the project's consortium and the COST Action a-STEP: Advancing Social Inclusion through Technology and Empowerment (CA19104). The second section introduces the training program developed based on the findings of this analysis.
Edited by Carla Sousa, Júlia Pereira, and Cátia Casimiro, the book was published by Edições Universitárias Lusófonas and co-organized by the No Barriers Project under the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.
