The IV Congress of the National Network of Cultural Studies (RNEC) will take place on June 26–27, 2025, at Lusófona University, in Lisbon, under the theme: “Lusophone and Ibero-American Studies as a Field of Research in Science, Culture and the Arts”.
Organized in collaboration between Lusófona University and CICANT, the Presbiteriana Mackenzie University (Brazil), and the Virtual Museum of Lusophony (University of Minho), the event brings together national and international researchers to reflect on cultural narratives, identity, and communication across the Lusophone and Ibero-American worlds.
The Call for Papers is open until April 30, 2025. Submissions (in Portuguese and English) should align with one of the thematic panels:
- Digital technologies, communication, culture, and the arts
- Colonialism, post-colonialism, and decoloniality
- Transcultural and transnational identities – hybrid identities
Registration fees:
- 100€ – Researchers
- 50€ – Students
- 25€ – CICANT researchers
