The post-conference “Connected Generations: Media, Communication, and Intergenerational Exchange in Contemporary Lives” will take place online on 17–18 September 2026, bringing together researchers to explore the role of media and communication in shaping intergenerational relationships and experiences in contemporary societies.
The event is co-organised by several CICANT researchers through ECREA’s Children, Youth and Media Section, reinforcing the Centre’s engagement with research on media, communication and younger generations.
Across two days, the programme will address different perspectives on media, communication and intergenerational exchange, creating space for discussion and knowledge sharing among researchers working in these areas.
Those interested in attending the sessions are invited to register by 12 September. The event will be held entirely online.
