CICANT is a partner of the X Leiria Talks, organised by the Portuguese Society for Video Game Sciences (SPCV), taking place on 28 March 2026 at LeiriaCon (Hotel Cristal Vieira Praia & Spa).
The 2026 edition addresses “The Role of Board Games in Everyday Life”, focusing on the social, educational, cultural and inclusion-related dimensions of analogue play.
A Call for Communications is open to researchers and practitioners working on board games, social impact, accessibility, learning contexts and community practices.
Abstract submissions close on 7 March 2026. Selected contributions will be presented in Portuguese or English and published in the Book of Abstracts (ISBN).
