The ASAP Project – A Systemic Approach to Social Media and Preadolescents through Thinking Skills Education has launched “Every Kid Knows”, a new educational resource designed to support preadolescents in understanding their development and their relationship with social and digital media.
The resource consists of a set of cards that explore how preadolescents grow across different dimensions — including brain development, emotions, body changes, and relationships — and how digital and social media can influence the way they think, feel, and behave.
Designed as an accessible learning tool, the cards aim to help young people strengthen key skills such as communication, emotional management, critical thinking, and responsible online decision-making. Each message is presented in the form of a question, encouraging reflection and deeper understanding.
The “Every Kid Knows” cards are freely available for download through the project’s homepage.
