Sandra Duarte Tavares, researcher at the Observatory for the Media in Lusofonia (ObsMeL) at CICANT, participated in the information program "Bom Dia Portugal” and in the entertainment program “A Nossa Tarde”, on RTP, on May 5, speaking about the World Portuguese Language Day. The ObsMeL researcher was also interviewed by Ana Sousa Dias, Provider of the public television channel, on May 7, on the program “Voz do Cidadão”, specially dedicated to the Portuguese language.
With a background in Linguistics, Sandra Duarte Tavares is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at Universidade Lusófona, where she also teaches, has published several books and is part of the team of researchers at ObsMeL, coordinated by José Paulo Oliveira, Carla Rodrigues Cardoso and Sónia Lamy.
