The researcher presented the paper entitled "COVID and SMS: A Case Study in Community Pharmacy in Portugal".
The paper stems from an investigation that analyzes the impact of the pandemic on the communication of community pharmacies in Portugal. In the paper, Marta Lopes discusses the influence of digital communication and how companies distributed their resources in times of COVID, and analyzes the importance of SMS in the communication strategy of a group of pharmacies.
