The manuscript Práticas comunicacionais, ativismos e redes [Communication practices, activisms and networks], organized by professor and researcher Isabel Babo was selected for publication by SOPCOM.
The 2022 edition of the "Sopcom Books" contest registered two submissions. Along with Isabel Babo's submission, the manuscript Praxis – Poiesis – Katharsis. Ensaios e diálogos sobre a materialidade da comunicação estética [Praxis - Poiesis - Katharsis. Essays and dialogues on the materiality of aesthetic communication], organized by João Marques Carrilho was also submitted for tender.
The proposals were evaluated in terms of originality and relevance of the theme, scientific impact, structure and the quality of the writing. The jury unanimously selected the work organized by Isabel Babo. The book will be published by Sistema Solar/Documenta in 2023.
