Filipa Alexandra Gomes da Silva Oliveira Antunes has a degree in Architecture, a Master's in Housing Architecture, and a PhD in Urban Planning. She is the head of the Urban Planning Department at ULHT. She teaches design and project planning in the Architecture and Urban Planning program at ULHT. She practices architecture in her own studio. She publishes daily at http://desenholusofona.wordpress.com/, paints, and exhibits her work in various national and international art galleries.
