Lusófona University hosts the first LTTA of the Erasmus + PandemiArt Project

From June 27th to 30th took place at Universidade Lusófona, the first LTTA of the project Erasmus + PandemiArt, hosting about 30 students and teachers from five schools in France, Romania, Latvia and Turkey.

A multidisciplinary team of researchers from Lusófona University - Inês Marques (Visual Arts/Visual Arts Teaching/COW), Célia Quico (Communication/CICANT), Orlando Franco (Photography/CICANT), Nuno Saraiva (Biology/CBIOS) and João Cabral (Video Games) - held workshops in which they produced diversified digital content focusing on young people's perception of the pandemic.

Photographs, short documentary videos, photographic essays on COVID in urban space and digital animations were created.

Students with undergraduate degrees in Photography and Visual Arts, Master in Visual Arts Teaching and PhD in Media Arts also participated in this project. The project benefited from Universidade Lusófona's experience producing this type of content and the synergies between its teachers and students.
